Bunny brunch pancakes

Look at these easy baby bunny brunch pancakes. Banana, nutella and scotch pancakes are one of my favourite combinations ever and these just look so cute.

If you want to make these, all you need to do is...

Step 1) Carve the pancakes like so:

The top and the bottom parts will make the ears, the middle will be the head and the sides cut in half and rounded off make the feet. Brush the loose crumbs off with your fingers to make a slightly neater edge and then begin laying out your bunny.
(psst...a dollop of nutella underneath the bunny is a delicious addition that tops everything moving about when you carry your plate...)

Step 2) Cut a slice of banana for the bobtail and put a tiny bit of Nutella on the bunnies feet to make them look like they have been running outside.

Done! So cute and easy.

You can make the pancakes yourself which I've done in the past, but I'd recommend just buying them. It took me about 20 minutes to form the right shapes when I made them from scratch while cutting the shop bought ones took a fraction of the time. As a lazy person I'd say just buy the pancakes and save yourself the hassle. Or make them and then cut them into the shapes you want - don't try to cook them in the right shapes because it just takes ages. This was my original attempt:

Whereas these bunnies only took me about 3 minutes to prepare and I think look much sweeter; a very quick and cute breakfast. Hop to it!
