Chocolate-dipped croissants

What Sundays are made for <3

...and yes that's my favourite mug and I love it.

I first had chocolate dipped croissants in Barcelona.

I thought I would re-create them but with a little something extra; kinder bueno centres...

Before dipping them in melted dark chocolate and sprinkling them with pink himalayan salt. I much prefer pink salt - there's no difference in taste but seeing as you give animals pink salt because of the extra nutrients it provides it just seems silly to not have it ourselves. 

Such a great looking but easy brunch. Definitely a special treat,
