Binge-worthy thanksgiving chocolate cookies

I ate so many of these that I actually feel slightly sick but it's been worth it haha. I've had one of those endless weeks and I just wanted to eat delicious and naughty treats so this definitely ticked the boxes. These cookies are giant and full of chocolate chips - best eaten worn and in large quantities...

If you want to make them it's really easy. For 6 cookies you need:
200 grams self raising flour
pinch of salt
100 grams brown sugar and 50 of caster
100 grams butter (melted)
1 egg yolk and 1 egg
50 grams dark chocolate chips
50 grams dark chocolate

Preheat the oven to 180 fan.

Combine the sugars with the melted butter. When it's not hot anymore then add the eggs and mix well.

Sift the flour and add the salt then pour in the egg/sugar/butter mixture.

Mix in 50 grams of dark chocolate chips, mix well and and form the cookies.

Top each cookie with two square of chocolate and put in the oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

Chewy on the outside and goo-ey in the middle these are amazing.

Happy Thanksgiving to all my US readers,
